WHAT SHE WITNESSED
Decision overwhelm. The sheer number of selections, materials, finishes, fixtures and colors to be made, each needing to coordinate with contractors throughout the construction process. With no clear system for when to make which decisions, homeowners felt paralyzed.
Planning chaos. Information scattered across emails, texts, notes, and conversations. No central system to keep track of all the details, decisions, and design selections. It was always overwhelming and often resulting in last minute pressure to make decisions quickly.
Budget anxiety. Not one homeowner started with a realistic budget because they didn't understand the big picture or how the budgeting process worked. Worse, none had a way to track costs in real-time. At every stage, they worried about what the final number would be.

Throughout her career working with homeowners on their remodel and design projects, Teri witnessed firsthand the challenges they faced daily:
